- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely slow. I've never seen an office of any kind take their time as much as this one. I waited for hours just for them to tell me that I was able to do my business on a lonely computer in the corner that hadn't been used once. I could have been in and out! But there were no signs.
