- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My tax person was very nice. But they are not very fast in helping I got my taxes done and did the loan/express refund only to find out 24 hours later like I was told to wait to know if I was approved and called the bank that does it and they said that they never sent my info I've called and was told I'd get a call back and didn't and I've waited for an hour to get help and know one seems to care and I need to get this resolved. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We made an appointment the day before, and when we arrived we found that the person we had made an appointment with was double booked. (We were supposed to meet with the same person who made our appointment.) Two other customers arrived after us for a different H&R Block representative, and they were also double booked.
